2. Quotes and Pricing

  • Final pricing may vary depending on tyre size, vehicle type, location, and unforeseen circumstances.

  • All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Call-out or emergency fees may apply, and these will be made clear before confirming a booking.

3. Booking and Payment

  • A booking is only confirmed once you receive written (email/text) or verbal confirmation from us.

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, card, or other payment methods as agreed at the time of service.

  • We reserve the right to withhold service if payment is not made.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customers may cancel a booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, a call-out or cancellation fee may apply.

  • If we are unable to complete the service due to incorrect information provided (e.g., wrong tyre size) or unsafe working conditions, a call-out fee may still apply.

  • Refunds for tyres or parts will only be provided in accordance with manufacturer return policies and UK consumer law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle and tyre details.

  • Ensure that the vehicle is accessible, parked safely, and on suitable ground for tyre fitting.

  • Notify us of any special requirements (e.g., locking wheel nuts, unusual tyre sizes).

  • Take reasonable steps to ensure the safety of our staff when working at your location.

6. Warranty

  • New tyres are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects.

  • Our fitting services are guaranteed for workmanship for 30 days from the date of fitting.

  • This warranty does not cover issues arising from customer misuse, accidents, or failure to maintain proper tyre care (e.g., incorrect pressures, uneven wear due to suspension issues).

7. Liability

  • While we take great care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to wheels, tyres, or vehicles.

  • We are not liable for indirect losses (such as missed appointments, loss of business, or breakdowns) arising from tyre issues.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any rights you are entitled to under UK consumer law.
